THESE ARE GREAT!
They were perfrect shape and it tasted pretty good considering I don't really like sour stuff and I honestly really liked them for my lift. I got the same amount of energy from them as I do when I take pre or an energy drink, plus it didn't make me feel full after chugging other preworkouts
